These energy balls are my favorite snack when that afternoon fatigue kicks in. The ingredients are all natural and you can make this recipe in less than 15 minutes. The perfect energy boost!


*I also used some rum extract in these 👆



× pitted dates
× unsweetened cocoa powder
× finely chopped almonds/ walnuts

Soak your pitted dates in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Blend all the ingredients and form the balls. They can be a little bit sticky so be patient. Cover them in seeds or cocoa powder. Enjoy!
