× 2 bananas
× 1/3 cup roasted pumpkin/pumpkin

purée

× 1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
× vanilla extract
× yogurt (for decoration)
× pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cacao nibs (also for decoration)
