I came across this pancakes recipe a few years ago, and I’ve had it for breakfast so many times. I can’t remember the source exactly, ‘cuz back then when I found it, I wrote it down in my recipe notebook and ended up memorizing it. It’s quite a simple recipe and pretty healthy.
You’ll need 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 4 egg whites and some vanilla extract. Just blend everything together and fry the pancakes in a non-stick pan. You can add blueberries or dark chocolate to your pancakes, but I prefer mine simple. I like to add a few banana slices and some crushed almonds on top and drizzle a little bit of honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
