My favorite way to escape cold weather is having a breakfast that reminds me of summer. Maybe you expected me to say having a cup of hot chocolate or a warm bowl of homemade soup. But even though that sounds extremely appealing, nothing beats a healthy dose of tropical fruits for breakfast. I like to have my fruit with greek yogurt, making sure I get my protein and respect my macros. It might seem a light breakfast, but it’s really filling and it gives you energy to deal with your annoying coworkers so early in the morning.
