I love sleep because it’s like a time machine to breakfast.And with a breakfast that looks so good, I’m trying to fall asleep really fast. Planning what I’ll have for breakfast the next day motivates me to wake up early, enjoy the food, and get shit done. It’s such a positive and energizing thing to do first thing in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so make sure you have enough time to include it in your morning routine.

It doesn’t have to be something complicated or fancy, especially if your mornings are busy. Opt for a quick and easy recipe, like this one. Just make an omelette, stuff it with lots of fresh veggies like tomatoes and avocado (which is actually a fruit, but whatever), some leafy greens, sprinkle some seeds on top and serve it with some whole wheat toast on the side. Don’t forget your cup of coffee or green tea!
