Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. Small, large, circle, square, thin crust, thick crust, stuffed crust, extra toppings. I completely agree, but my favorite beauty trend is the healthy crust, healthy toppings, and healthy size. Well, maybe not my favorite, but I have it for dinner every time I crave carbs, but I want to stay healthy at the same time. This recipe allows me to enjoy the oh-so-delicious! flavors of pizza without feeling guilty.


× low-carb tortilla
× pizza sauce (organic canned diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil)
× shredded cooked chicken, cooked ground beef (that’s what I used), turkey etc.
⚠️ avoid pepperoni and other processed deli meats ⚠️
× sweet corn
× arugula
× low-fat mozzarella

Bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
